I think it's just pretty like that, and the producers probably thought the same :-)<br /><br />There is a more definate slope than a wine rack, the thing is that the sprouts must not lie in water and when you rinse them in the morning you don't necessarily have time to stand and watch them drip so this angle does it just right!
