Roast Vegetable Pizza

I made this scrumptious pizza for dinner tonight...Here's the recipe -

Pick some squash or any good roasting vegetables from your garden :-)



Chop them



Bake them at a high temperature after pouring over a mix of 2T honey, 1t garlic, 1t vegetable stock and 1T olive oil.



Put on top of your homemade pizza base (WW Flour, yeast, sugar, olive oil and warm water. Allow to rise for 20mins spread on a baking tray. Smear with tomato puree and sprinkle with oreganum)



Top with mozzarella chees, bake til cooked...



Enjoy!

Oooh Nammies Wendy!! You make my mouth water! And then the pleasure of knowing it's out of your own garden. You are really an inspiration for me...
I can boast with Chillies and Tomatoes thus far, my tomatoes are struggling with mildew but still taste great :-) (Any tips for mildew?)
