Pop in and say "Hi!"

My son and I will be selling his free range pasture fed chickens and eggs tomorrow at Porter Estate Market.

If you are in the area, please pop in and say "Hi!". We may even twist your arm to buy a chicken or some eggs, but it would just be great to see some of you in the flesh.

Good Luck at the market tomorrow. I think it's so great how you have encouraged your children to learn how to earn an income. I hope to do the same for my boys when they get older.
If I lived closer I would have been there. I wish Durban had more markets like this.

That's so sweet Crystal, thank you. I know a very special woman up in KZN who is such an inspiration and she shares all her endeavours on my green site. I. Will ask he if she knows of any markets for you!

Thanks so much. I do know of the Shongweni farmers market, but it seems to be turning into another craft market with not as much fresh produce as I would like to see.

Crystal, my friend doesn't know of any organic food markets, just farmers markets, but found this one here: http://showme.co.za/durban/events-entertainment/fresh-fair-market-at-jimmy-bellows-westville/ Sometimes if you phone the organizer they can tell you of others close to you?

wow, thank you so much! And would you believe this is about 10 minutes drive from me. I don't know how I have never heard about it. I think I will have to check it out on Thursday.

Hi Wendy. I came to the market last Saturday to meet you, but sadly I missed you!! But I discovered my favourite market yet! I love it there, but it's rather far from where we stay, we are closer to Nitida and Merendal farmer's markets in Durbanville.
I will try pop in again in the next few weeks.
