How to knit a sock in 2 months :-0

Here's how to knit a sock in 2 months...

Buy the pattern and watch the videos on April 23.

Knit every Friday night for 1 hr for 3 weeks while talking to a friend.

Be forced to put it down to take up former responsibilities and get daughter #1 through exams...

6 weeks later write "finish socks" on TO DO LIST.

Sunday, watch the last 2 videos, shape the toe and stitch up.

My son now has one warm foot!

How wonderful!! Well done:) I am so sorry about the knitting book I suggested earlier in the year... But now I have remembered there is a lovely free sock pattern on my friend, Carle's web page. This was the first sock pattern I knitted and it is easy, I am knitting a pair of these socks now. Here is the link:

You are so funny! I have a couple of projects like that. I do believe in lists. My lists free up my brain for more creative endeavors.

Thanks Regina!

Linda, don't feel sorry! I am sure I will use the book when I am a little more adept at knitting. I was looking at Carle's sock pattern last week considering it as my next try! Think I want to try her beret too!

Lois, I wondered where you were...so nice to have you pop in here again :-)

Well done on the sock - more than most can claim :)
Off topic Q: you mentioned a while back you were getting raw milk - you mind me asking where from? Thanks!

Hi sis, am now creased up, rolling about on the floor - wonderful distraction. Can't stop thinking about the poor boy's OTHER foot, all cold and unsocked.
